The Year 0 Career option genuinely changes how you open a negotiation, and it slots right into the base game without any rules headaches. Took me a couple plays to appreciate how much it shifts your early strategy, but now I won't play without it.

The extra Year 0 career option gives the base game a whole new way to start, and the card stock feels just as sturdy as the originals. I backed the Kickstarter just for this promo and it was worth it.

Ruby ★★★★★ Sep 13, 2026

Wasn't sure a single promo card would matter much, but the Year 0 Career option genuinely changes how I open a game. It slots right into my Hostage Negotiator setup and gives me a reason to try a totally different starting strategy.
