Having to negotiate against one of your own guys completely flips the usual dynamic, and the twist about him being framed kept me guessing right up to the final round. The new cards in this pack slot right into the base game without any confusing rule changes.

The premise of negotiating with a fellow cop who might be innocent adds a whole new layer of tension. I've played through it twice already, and each time I discover new dialogue options that change the outcome.
