In Lilly Van Helsing you’ll take on the role of a young Monster Hunter working for the Silent Night security company. It is up to you to keep your clients safe from werewolves, vampires, and other things that go bump in the night.
I didn't expect to get this invested in playing a Silent Night monster hunter, but the case files structure pulled me in fast. The vampire takedown in chapter three had me actually nervous flipping the page, which never happens with graphic novels for me.
The werewolf case in the first chapter had me second-guessing every witness statement, which is exactly what I want from a monster hunter story. Playing as a young recruit for a security company is a fun twist on the usual lone-wolf setup.
Didn't expect a graphic novel about a monster hunter to actually make me feel like I was clocking in for shifts at a security company, but the Silent Night case files pulled me right in. The werewolf job in the first chapter had me second-guessing every client I took on after that.
